Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery through our contact form with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Other Returns

If you’ve changed your mind or are not satisfied with your item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due
to an error on our part.

To start a return, contact us via our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and, if approved, process a
refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the
refund to be processed. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
